All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or SMS, and any required advance payment is made.
We prioritize the safety of our passengers and drivers. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be billed to the booking party.
Krushnraj Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable mechanical issues. We will, however, do our utmost to provide alternative arrangements if necessary.
